Story behind the song: The song 'HOLY FATHER' is about seeking the face of YHWH GOD, in Jesus name, to worship and praise Him for Divine wisdom, knowledge, understanding, guidance, wherewithal, and victory in every area of our lives. For the signs of the times are revealing that, according to Scripture, the World is currently coming to a Revelation 3:10 showdown and the Earth is in the process of a Romans 8:22 groaning travail by escalating in what LORD Jesus, according to Matthew 24:8, reveals as the beginning of sorrows. In the midst of it all the people of the World are searching for true Love, guidance and safety in people, places, things and other gods, while our Heavenly FATHER is seeking, all over the globe, to find what John 4:23-24 reveals as "Spirit and Truth" worshipers to trust to show Himself strong through with His manifested glory.
According to John 4:23-24, LORD Jesus revealed, "...the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship The FATHER in Spirit and Truth; for The FATHER is seeking such to worship Him. GOD is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and Truth."
As we experience the ups and downs, highs and lows, of the inevitable dilemmas that are manifesting on a global scale, we have a Chief Intercessor who has never lost a battle. According to Hebrews 4:15-16(NKJV), the writer declared this truth about Jesus, who is also known as our High Priest, "...For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to The Throne of Grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
According to Revelation 4:2-11, John declared, "...One sat on The Throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around The Throne, in appearance like an emerald. Around The Throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. And from The Throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before The Throne, which are the seven Spirits of GOD. Before The Throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of The Throne, and around The Throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle. The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, LORD GOD Almighty, Who was and is and is to come! Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on The Throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on The Throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before The Throne, saying: You are worthy, O LORD, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."
