Story behind the song
My inspiration for the song: Life is short enough so stay out of the ruts, experience new things, and enjoy the ride! I thoroughly enjoyed writing, playing and producing this song. It was also fun coming up with words that rhymed in each chorus line such as "Whoa and slow, Hey and highway, Yeow and now, Oooo and new" .....well I thought it was fun but I'm easily entertained, lol!

Really awesome tune, I love the sound of acoustic guitar, and love the clean sound you have here, the style and tone of the acoustic lines in your songs. This song is my fav of yours so far...have more to listen to tho, haha! Nice vocals, love how you put the harmonies together, another big thing for me, one of my fav parts of writing and singing my own music is harmonies. Also great lyrics.....great message, one I try to send out to people in my life as well.....life is too short, and by the time most of us find out....well it's too late.
